OUR MISSION
In 2014, a Committee was formed when the in-house Veterans' Networks of several Financial Services firms identified a dislocation in the hiring of Veterans and the raising of funds for Service charities in the City of London. Evolving from this, the City Veterans CIC (a non-profit Community Interest Company) now runs recruiting and fundraising events with its members, supporting over a dozen different charities and raising material funds for much needed causes.
Working in partnership with Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS) in the United States, Military in Law Network (MILNet) and the Forces Employment Charity (FEC), we exist to coordinate fund raising efforts and connect firms across the country and across different professional industries, to help them coordinate their recruiting efforts and engage at the right level with HM Forces.
